Sri Vani Education Centre, Basaveshwaranagar celebrated its most awaited Annual Day at Chowdiah Memorial Hall, on 5th of January 2023 to begin the cheerful year. Eminent dignitaries were present to grace the occasion.
School Principal Ms. Seema Gaur delivered her commencement speech and the lighting of the lamp was done by Chief Guests Sri M. C Prakash, Sri Krishna Guruji and School Chairman & Managing Trustee Sri R.H Sharada Prasad Sir.
An excellent theme of “Samskara Sinchana’ was presented by Junior students in the first session in the form of Dance drama.
Same was depicted by the senior students in the second session. The programme threw light on the importance of moral values and virtues’ in life which has to be imbibed in childhood from home, the smallest unit of the society.
Importance of living in joint family, love, respect and care for elders, co-operation, co-ordination to create the best atmosphere in the family and society were the major highlights of the program.
Conserving the five elements of the nature was depicted very well in the form of Dance drama titled Panchbhootha dance. The final programme Hulivesha and Yakshagana attracted the audience and there was a thunder of applause in appreciation of the programme. Finally the programme ended with a great song, ‘Maithreem Bhajata’ to uphold the importance on universal friendship, thereby proving that there is strength in unity.
